Can someone plese tell me how to gain weight?       12/15/07 01:31 PM Edit Reply Quote jason61 Reged: 04/12/07 Posts: 190 i have to cut out dairy, eggs, gluten and soy from my diet. I was 160 lbs before i developed IBS and now I'm 146. I really wanna get up to at least 155 but with my diet being the way it is I feel like its impossible. also, im about to possibly take a job that requires a lot of travel and will need quick meals or drinks that will give me enough calories. does anyone have suggestions? are there weight gain drinks for people w/ sensitive digestion? thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
