Steam them for a few minutes, then throw then on a white bun with whatever condiments you can tolerate and Voila! a meal in well under 10 minutes. -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
