i only take a very low low dose of prozac..5 mg and its helpful...i should take more but i am sensitive.....i also take a low dose of klonopin for anxiety when needed....ie big party, etc.....i have a script for donnatal but never took it....what does it feel like to take it....does it relax you since it has phenobarbitol? Do you take it when you feel the cramping and does it work quickly? Have you considered a low dose ssri type drug like prozac or lexapro....
