I was diagnosed with "auto immune disorder" and proctitis a month ago but my sister-in-law is the one who told me you have IBS. Her husband has it. My doctor didn't tell me to change diet or anything. So I've followed my sis's recommendations and found this sight and starting to feel better. Doc has me on Benefiber, Pamine forte (anti-spasmodic) and Canasa suppositories for inflammantion. My question, the Canasa is not helping my bloating and gas like he said. I'm afraid to try the Colozal. If I follow the diet and use the recommended supplements do I even need medications? Thanks for your help. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
