The thing with eliminations is deciding what food is suspect. That was why I was originally interested in the food allergy test. I have eliminated wheat several times, dairy for good, soy, sugar, chocolate, etc. I have not tried a low fructose diet and don't want to this time of year with the good citrus. Anyway I wonder about something I eat a lot that is unsuspected. I also realize that my diet is very much the same now as when my symptoms were gone so it is unlikely to be an allergy.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
