I have read Heathers book over and over and over again just to make sure I am not missing anything, but still feel hopeless. I am looking into yoga classes in my area so that my sister can attend with me.. I want to try the Hypno, but just can't afford all the stuff right now. I am trying to get more food from the whole food store so that I can eat more.. you know.. I will just keep going at it.. that's all I can do..I also want to try new meds because I don't think mine are really helping.. do you know of any breads I can purchase from the store?
