I am in the same delema at home but wasnt sure if the acadia is whats making be some rumbling and gasy since I havent ate anything besides FF chicken noodle or rice soup that I made hear?? But after I take it, it seems to make it worse. So I am laying off it for today. But you my dear, better get your but home!! LOL or take it tonight before dinner or before bed. I dont know how much you take. I am still on 1/2 tsp 2wice a day. This is my 4th week on that. When I increased last week it freaked out so Shell and Zara said to increase only 1/4 tsp a time. That was supposed to be this weekend. But now with the cold thing I was going to wait. Try not obsessive think that you dont have the acadia or teas. FYI I now keep a ziplock bag with fennel and decaf green teas in my desk and handbag. And maybe you should bring a stash to work when you come back with a measuring spoon. If you would open my one desk drawer I am an IBS safe pantry at work. Its a shame you dont work with me..LOL Everything from fresh french bread, heathers recipe bread, cerals. And in the fridge and freezer (open to all staff) I have a cooler with boars head all natural turkey,almond milk, soup. So what I do is usually on sunday I make up my stash for the week. This way it is one last thing to think about.Since as you know in Sales the heat is on for year end bonus. -------------------- IBS-C gas, bloating and acid reflux Babies is the plan for 2008!!Hope this IBS cooperates.
