Maybe something there can help? I know it's super basic, but have you been tested for thrush? I had this and it made sex SOOOO painful. Also, do you get nervous (perhaps even subconciously?) about farting, burping or evn pooping when you have sex? The usual reason in non-IBSers for sex hurting is not relaxing enough.
