You go girl!! You made my day Us woman have to be strong and fight for ourselves.Were just important in a work place with or without IBS. If your a loyal employee and a producer why wouldnt they want to keep you?? Its not like you have Major disease. Yes, IBS is a pain in the butt, And Yes that is literally..LOL But, your not asking them for something unreasonable. So, I GLAD THE OWNER GETS IT!! So keep me posted on what territory or new position they come up with?? Best of luck to you..
