Deb,
I hear you loud and clear. Today I did just that. I asked for a meeting with the owner (not my manager) and negotiated either I'll be able to travel in a few months or they switch my territory to one that travel isn't as important. He allowed me to go into more detail about my condition and he promised to work with me. He admitted to me that my #s are strong and that he does not want to lose me. This is good. Now the pressure is off and I could look for something else at my pace. Thank you and the others for your support. Today's meeting was as a result of your supportive words and ideas.
And good for you! It's always great to hear a success story as yours. It's obviously you old company's loss and your gain. Gotta love it!
