Have you tried Amitiza? I had great success with Zelnorm before, but since that's not available my doc put me on Amitiza. I've been on it for about 3 weeks and feel really good. It does cause nausea for about an hour after you take it, but for me, that's way better than my IBS symptoms. Just a thought of something to try since its working for me!
