Sometimes the things you experience after a meal may be related to something you ate up to 48 hours earlier. If you have noticed some relief then you are at least moving in the right direction. After the D settled it took me another 18 months or so to fine tune my diet to minimize bloating, gas and pain - it is never completely gone but I consider myself stable.

Questions. What did you have for breakfast? How did you prepare you veggies with pasta? Sauce - no sauce? Oil - no oil? If yes, what kind?
