Here are the ingredients for Tim Horton's Cinnamon Bagels

Enriched flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, raisins, sugar/glucose-fructose, canola oil, salt, yeast, cinnamon, malt barley flour, wheat gluten, caramel colour, cornmeal, sodium propionate or calcium propionate (preservative). May contain traces of sesame and egg. (CB-dec3-02).

Note that they contain HFCS (glucose/fructose).

The ingredients can vary a bit from location to location.
