Especially those with C! It is possible that dairy isn't a true trigger for everyone (possible but improbable IMO) but it is best to avoid it to make it as easy as possible for the GI tract. There is a lot of propaganda out there right now about dairy being good for you- like activia and cheese with active cultures- but this is just not true. Not only the lactose but the protein are good for IBSers to avoid.
