Heat and Humidity - Ever an Improvement?

OK, so I'm getting the diet thing down, exercising, getting a good night's sleep, and I'm taking digestive enzymes, probiotics and an anti-anxiety medication. Finished hypno for the second time.

Things have improved greatly for me, and, yet, every time I stay outside for any length of time in the heat, it totally wipes me out to where I just have to lay around and try to get an ounce of my energy back. I feel totally dehydrated and I get headaches, which I never have otherwise. I drink Gatorade and plenty of water but nothing seems to help.
Has anyone with this problem been able to find a solution or at least improve the situation?
