St. John's Wort, bad reaction!       09/29/07 08:48 PM Edit Reply Quote Calli66 Reged: 04/11/07 Posts: 124 Loc: New Mexico USA I thought I'd try this, because it's supposed to be an herbal anti-depressant. It upset my belly something FIERCE! Pain, gas, rumbling...and I had been doing so well. I looked it up on the internet, and it seems one of the side effects is gastrointestinal upset. Great!
