Question about Foods with Fat       09/29/07 12:37 PM Edit Reply Quote jenny833 Reged: 11/05/05 Posts: 273 every time i eat fatty foods like nuts, avocados, coconut, etc i get very bloated and gassy and constipated - why is that? i find that i cant gain weight because i tend to avoid fatty foods for these reasons.
