Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | I'v had 2 attacks this month WHY?

Hi everyone hope everyone is feeling good! Ok here it goes I had a attack at the begining of the month and just brush it off as my period and let it go at that well last night I had a horrible attack pain so bad the worse attack I have proabley had since feburay!! WHY?? I don't know! I have some things in mind and here are some of them lettuce I have been trying to put it pack in my diet,chinse(I have ate it before without any prolbems though) I tried a nectarine with have skin on and half peeled) roasted red peppers but there safe right????. Carmel rice cakes they say whole grain brown rice and I eat it fine... and these new french twist I found they say no dairy no butter no eggs no yeat and low sodium but the ingredients say High gluten wheat flour.... Low fat brown sugar and cinnamon pop tarts but theres nothing in them either 3 grams of fat and wheat flour to.. Or is t because I am ovulating??? So I don't know what it was but I still don't fell good today... I have been on this diet for almost a year now and still can't find engouh if... any suggestions would be great thanks for listening...... Have a good day....
