Well, I'm trying out a few different kinds. My favorite so far is this recipe I found on Recipezaar.com. Let me go grab up the link. *Grin* Kree posted it on Recipezaar.com and she states in the recipe description that she got it from VegWeb. I posted a review of it, too, it's the one from 'blancpage'. Here's the link for Pineapple Oatmeal:

ALso, I haven't tried these recipes yet, but I found other ways to eat oatmeal.
Appleaauce Oatmeal http://www.recipezaar.com/17006
Oatmeal cooked in a Rice Cooker http://www.recipezaar.com/86820
Marcia's Oatmeal http://www.recipezaar.com/31145
Nutty Oatmeal Raisin Chews http://www.recipezaar.com/18252
Baked Oatmeal http://www.recipezaar.com/25630
Oatmeal Soup (substitute with soy milk or other milk sub) http://www.recipezaar.com/12023
Addicted to Porridge http://www.recipezaar.com/40050
Oatmeal Muffins http://www.recipezaar.com/947 (use an egg substitute and a buttermilk sub - like Soy Buttermilk posted by Kree http://www.recipezaar.com/69466)
Otherwise, my standby oatmeal usually includes cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins or other dried fruit, and some Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk.
