I tried them once before. It was called lactobacillus acidolphus or something like that i think... It didn't seem to do anything for me, but I have heard people say that they had some success with them. I personally will try anything. What's the worst that could happen if you're already constipated, full of gas, and cramped up? Personally, I've had most the most success with acacia fiber. I'd give probiotics a shot if I were you though. Good luck whatever you decide to do. This has been one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with, and I'm sure you feel the same.
