IBS Diet and Yeast       09/06/07 01:38 PM Edit Reply Quote Sydney25 Reged: 09/06/07 Posts: 4 Hello: I am a newbie, hopefully I picked the right place to post. I just purchased Heather's book and started the IBS Diet. It has only been a week, but already I feel a bit better. I have IBS - D and have not had a "big Blowout" all week. But.... I am very concerned since I have a history of Chronic Yeast infections. To deal with that, I am not supposed to eat anything "white" Rice, Pasta white bread. But on the IBS Diet that is a part of every meal. I don't want to swap one problem for another. I'm very upset and frustrated. I've just been through another round of tests and doctors visits and pretty much no help there. Does anyone else have my issues and have any advice?? Thank you.
