For Heather - Recipies in book       08/30/07 08:05 AM Edit Reply Quote heatherrenee Reged: 04/23/07 Posts: 68 Heather, I was looking through my "Eating for IBS" cookbook last night and noticed that for some of the recipies, like the Chocolate Silk Pudding, you say to cook it in a double-boiler. I don't have one; would it work as well if I cooked it in a sauce pan placed in a large pot of boiling water? Also, for the Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream - I don't have an ice cream maker; would it work as well if I just put it in a tupperware container and stuck it in the freezer?
