Bio K users - past & present

Just curious to know how long you have taken / did take Bio-K for. I'm just finishing my first 6 pack - it's been about 3 - 4 weeks.
I am only taking 1 TBSP per day, but it is working for me. Plus I'm still taking my other probiotic - have them in the fridge, might as well!!
This stuff is hard to find here, and quite pricey.
If I stop after this 6, will I continue to reap the benefits? Or should I splurge on another case (which is special order and takes 3 weeks to come in).
