Someone on here said to buy the flaxseed meal, but I haven't tried it yet. You eat cake? What kind? Sorry LOL I'm just so curious what all we can eat or tolerate. I'm sorry you aren't feeling that great. I'm not either. I think that Nature Calm sort of is a love/hate thing with me. It does seem to help ease the gas and bloat, but then I think it flares me too. I'm just not a happy camper right now. What Probotics did you try? I'm on Jerro for years but when I tried a new one I got constipated. It's a balancing act. I also thoguht I read that the fiber can cause gas for a while until our tummy gets used to it? Feel better! How do you use the fiber? Do you put it in water or on food? I'm chicken, but I will be trying it after Tues. when I have no big obligations I have to be at. When I flare I just can't function that well so Tues night it is.
