Soluble Fibre question       08/25/07 03:53 AM Edit Reply Quote carolineh Reged: 08/25/07 Posts: 2 I have problems with the Soluble Fibre list. Lentils etc are listed as Insoluble on Heathers list but every website and book I look at I am told they are Soluble. At the moment I am having big problems so want to eat only Soluble Fibre for a few days so should I eat lentils or not. Thank you Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
