hi everyone,
i have been lurking for a while, and you all are extremely helpful. i recently began heathers diet, and acacia. what a difference i have felt. i had 3 amazing days where i felt like a normal person. last night i was out at a BBQ and the host made me some salmon with a tiny bit of olive oil on the grill. after i ate it, i immediately felt some gas and churning. i do believe i ingested some dairy from the other fish he was cooking, smothered in butter. i am the worst possible lactose intolerant and do not eat ANY diary, whey or casien at all. i became so depressed immediately because now i feel as if i am going to have at least 3 more days ahead of me of painful stomach and D. any suggestions? i do not take lactaid since i had a bad experience once with it. it actually prolonged my stomach pain, and had to take 4 days off of work. i'd rather it just come out of me! are there any natural alternatives to lactaid? or any other advice? it's just so depressing after feeling so good!

thank you!
brooke
