Protein supplement       08/12/07 07:12 AM Edit Reply Quote pixiegoddess Reged: 01/18/07 Posts: 63 I was wondering if anybody knew of a safe protein supplement to use with IBS. I am predominently C but alternate with D depending on time of month and flares. I have lost weight and can't eat much at a sitting and hardly anything when I'm having a flare up.
