peppermint tea or capsules       08/09/07 09:19 AM Edit Reply Quote Joanne C Vida Reged: 08/09/07 Posts: 4 Loc: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada When I was at my health food store the guy there told me that peppermint tea gets neutralized from the acid in your stomach, therefore it will not do you any good. He said you need to use peppermint capsules with a special coating so they don't start to dissolve until they reach your colon. Is this true? Does the tea not work, or was he just trying to sell me something? I wouldn't mind taking peppermint pills, I just want to know what will work. Thanks!
