I do take KyoDophilus (probiotic sup.) I don't know if it makes a difference or not I've just taken some type of probiotic forever it seems. However, there is a new probiotic that my gastro gave me a sample of, it's called Align. They only gave me a 2 wk. sample & I don't know if it made a difference (hard to tell because I had my period) but he told me it's helped some patients specifically with gas & bloating.
