Well, I don't want to jinx anything, but boy am I doing well! I feel great! All of the urgency and crampiness is practically gone. The first two weeks really were rough. But, I was always IBS A, and now I'm back to my old IBS C. I haven't had C too bad, and still have gone daily, but I'm going to have to up the IF a bit to get things moving. But, if the Align stops the cramping and urgency, I'll happily deal with a bit more C than anything else! So, for now, Align is working well. I bought the next month supply already and am planning to go a full 8 weeks before I really make any decisions about this... so good news on my end!:)
