peanut/almond butter problems

I was just wondering, do any of you have problems after eating peanut or almond butter? I know it is supposed to be a trigger food because of the high fat content, but I have found it to be one of the foods I really can't give up, and frankly I need the protein and fat for my tiny frame.

I usually get really gassy after having a sandwich with peanut or almond butter, and it feels like my stomach below my belly button is just all clogged up. I always mix acacia in with it too, but I still continue to have problems.

Is there some sort of solution to this problem? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
