I use Miralax for the C. One capful a night to start with and you will have daily BMs. I have cut it down to 1/2 a cap at this point. Also, try a probiotic. As far as the caffine goes...you will learn to live without it. I was a 3-4 coke a day drinker and was able to cut it out totally. You'll have headaches for a few weeks, so cut it out now before classes start.....
