Help Getting Necessary Protein

I'm in a bit of a dilema, and this is one I have got to resolve.
Two conflicting agendas might be at stake.
-My need to control my C, Trapped Gas, and Bloating.
-My need for protein.

I workout, lifting weights, at the gym 4-5 times a week.
For a male that is my age, I need to on workout days get protein at four meals
-Breakfast, lunch, after workout, dinner
-On non workout days I need it three times a day, all the same meals besides after workout of course.

The problem is, besides lunch and dinner, where I can have chicken, turkey, or fish, I'm really having a hard time balancing IBS and protein needs.
-I am afraid my trapped gas, bloating in part is being caused by me having egg beaters at breakfast and egg protein powder as my after workout shake.
-I can't really substitute anything in here that I know of, because Soy and Rice protein powder are not agreeable.
Luna Bars likewise, as with soy, are very debetable.
-The obvious answer might be, just scrap the egg whites and egg protein.
-Well when I do this, it really effects me negatively as without that protein my workouts really suffer, not to mention from a nutrition standpoint, this puts me in a protein deficit which is not good.

I'd go with the egg beaters and egg protein, but if it will be making gassy and bloated, it hurts my appearance and strength (who can lift at full strength when weakend by the bloating) and cancels things out.

1) I would like to know if any of you IBS folks who workout have similar issues and what you can reccommend to make sure protein is satsifed without hurting IBS.
-After all to go to the gym, to workout, and to be hurting yourself with gassy food is really a zero sum game.

2) Are egg beaters and egg protein really likely to cause gas, bloating?
-If so are there any alternative for breakfast and after workouts, and if not anything which can mitigate their effects (fennel tea?).
