I have had no obvious reaction to egg yolks in the past so maybe I will try it in moderation when I have had the sphincter control issue taken care of. About cholesterol et.c. I'm not worried at all. We're not talking about eating 12 eggs or something like that and I think there is no reason to exclude things totally just because you can't have a huge amount of them. Anything in moderation as long as it doesn't upset the digestive system... But I'll leave the experimenting till later. The "lack of fiber" thing that was listed as one of the reasons why meat, egg yolks and dairy are tough was kind of weird I thought.
