Why are eggyolks so bad (apart from fat content)? (Preferably for Heather to answer but anyone else who knows can answer.)

So, I have now been on Heather's diet for a year. And one of the things I do miss is boiled eggs - with the yolk. I used to eat this a lot before. It was an evening snack staple for me: bread with a smidgen of margarine and a sliced warm boiled egg.

The only thing Heather states about egg yolks as far as I can remember from the books is that they contain a lot of fat and not the best type of fat. However I just did a check online and according to that an egg weighs around 25 grams and according to the Fineli food database eggs have an average of 10.3 grams of fat per 100 grams. So, if I were to have one egg (white + yolk) then that would mean I would get 2.6 grams of fat from that. Which isn't bad at all. Plus egg yolks do have a lot of vitamins et.c. So are egg yolks triggers for another reason than the fat content? I want answers about the general reasons why egg yolks are on the trigger list, rather than people writing if they have reacted to it or not, since we are all different and there may always be people who don't tolerate a given food. I find the reasons why things like red meat and dairy are on the list of triggers are much more clearly presented in Heather's books. Just confusing and I do miss my egg yolks - it's just not the same with just the white. But I don't want to risk anything.

I'd really appreciate an answer on this.
