I understand your anxiety! In a few weeks I'm going on a three day backpacking trip in the mountains. Along the way, I think there are two spots with porta-potties, but for the rest there is nothing. That's the bad part, the good part is that you're expected to go in the woods, lol!
The other part I've been worrying and planning about is all the food I'm going to have to bring with me. I'll need to bring enough backpacking food for three days and I have to carry it all with me. I better make sure I pick safe stuff or I'll be stuck with it.
One thing I always do when I go on vacation is bring along my Acacia and a water bottle. I put some Acacia in the water bottle and shake it up with water so I can sip on it all day (actually I do that at home too ).
