I have always interpreted Heather's rules about each meal having SF foods as it's largest component, as pretty much just making sure you have more SF food on your plate than IF food. (And of course keeping the fat content fairly low.) Is this the correct interpretation? Or should I have more SF food on my plate than the amount of IF food and protein combined? (I hope not because then I'd have to eat a lot more SF food and I already think I eat a bit too much rice, potatoes, bread et.c. with each meal.)
