How effective are the hypno CD's?       07/05/07 10:26 AM Edit Reply Quote AmandaM Reged: 10/05/05 Posts: 488 I am trying to get off of ADs for my IBS because I am really tired of the side effects. Going off Effexor is a nightmare, btw. If any one has done it, I'd love some advice on how to get through it one piece! Anyhow, because I am going off the AD, I know that I need something to help me cope with anxiety and stress. I have a really stressful job and it always seems to trigger symptoms for me. I haven't been stable in about a month now. I am so skeptical of the hypno CDs. Do they really work? I am IBS-D if that makes any difference. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
