Not sure about cornflakes. I think it depends on the food processor. For example, Kellogg's cornflakes contain 1 gr of dietary fiber (IF + SF) per 30 gram serving. Unfortunately it contains HFCS too. I think that some HFS sell cornflakes without HFCS. In general I believe cornflakes contain more IF than SF.
