fat free mayo       06/28/07 06:06 AM Edit Reply Quote mom2three Reged: 03/25/05 Posts: 5 I could use some help with a few questions. I was watching Heather Cooks video which was great! It looked like she used Kraft fat free Mayo for her sandwhich, but when I checked the ingredients, it has egg yolks--I thought this was a trigger food? Is it not a concern because it is a small amount? i would love to be able to use the kraft fat free--can anyone help with this? Also I wanted to try the pizza party snack mix with fat free ranch, but can only find it with whey in it. Do you think this will be ok? Thank you to anyone who can help.
