I just signed up for this message board, but I've been using Heathers products for about a month now (yay Heather!). Anyway, my question is regarding Rye. Is Rye bread (or rye based breads/crackers) an ok thing for someone with IBS? I love Kavli crackers, and they have rye in them. I just don't want to eat something that will bother me! It's so hard for me to distinguish between WHAT is actually bothering me out of all the foods I eat. TIA!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
