However, if I think hard I can usually find something that may jhave triggered it. And sometimes it is something so small, say some chocolate. and maybe the next day a few olives and then wham three days later ... I have been very well for the past two years following this diet. And when it does act up I can pretty much get it under control. However, right now I've been it an episode for the past two monthes and I can't seem to get things right. I truly understand your frustration because at times I really can't figure out why I cant get rid of it and why everything I eat, triggers it. All I can say is stick religously to the diet and eventually it will be gone. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
