For some odd reason, and I have calmed a little (but I am furious), the IBS has gotten out of control the last five days.
My C has gotten exponentially, EXPONENTIALLY worse to the point where it feels like it before I went on Heather's diet.
My stomach is swelled like I just ate a steak and cheese sub; excpet I did not.
I have been severly and chonocially c, the worst in a year, the last five days.
I'd like to know if there is anything I can do to improve or am doing wrong, because after re reading posts and the book I am dumbfounded.
A. Diet
-No dairy, low fat, alcohol
-Small meals
-80 oz of water
-Soluable fiber
-Fiber foods daily
Oat bran w/applesauce
Bowl of Spinach
Canned Pears
2 utensial spoons of Benefiber daily
1 scoop Miralax daily
There has been no change in medication, I've been taking my pre biotic and probiotic the same.
I don't get what I am doing wrong or what else I could do.
I thought perhaps having honey chex ceral, which is lowfat, MIGHT be the problem since it contained almond ingedients, eliminated it for two days, no difference.
I'm getting the same fiber and enough as before.
The only thing I can think of is this coincides with when I changed Oat Bran from Quacker Oats to the generic, yet I've done this before with Oat Bran and suffered no problems.
I took two Phillips stool softners tonight hoping to help.
I really would appreciate any suggestions on what I've done wrong or can do.
I am stumped.
It just dried up overnight, I can get Quacker Oats Bran but that seems unlikely to be the answer.
