The list of fruits was compiled by a group in Australia that devised a diet for individuals that have problems with fructose. I have not tried all the fruits they say are ok. I eat semi ripe bananas, deseeded kiwi fruit and some berries. I find that the citrus fruits contain a bit too much IF for me.

Like you I found I had problems melons, manago, papaya, apples and pears. This gave me a clue to my problems with fructose. The removal of foods with excess fructose was the last modification that I made to my diet. It took me 2 years to figure out what the problem was after I had adjusted my SF/IF intake which made a big difference too. Within a week of removing high fructose foods I noticed a dramatic reduction in pain and D. However, I still have to be very careful of other triggers such as IF, fats/oils and GI stimulants.

Good luck
