Please be aware that:
1. It takes two weeks for your gastrointestinal lining to turn itself over... so it may take two weeks of foods that are safe for YOU to get results.
2. Stress, hormones, weather changes, seratonin, the weather, pysiological problems, etc, can can IBS... it's not limited to food.
3. Get a new doctor. One who can help you. I suffered for years -- as you are now -- and tried everything. Eventually, I contacted a doctor at at Yale and he helped me tremendously. I hope you can find someone equally talented and committed to your health. Let your search be to find the best doctor possible... shawneric can help you with this.
