Well, some of those foods are still triggers for me... I can manage a small salad - at the end of a meal with lots of SF. I cannot eat oranges of any type - I think it is the acid. Beans - cooked or baked - I'm fine with both too, as long as I have my SF first.

Try a small serving of your fruit / veggies after some SF. You will know how your body reacts and know if you will be able to tolerate it well or not.

I understand about trying to gain weight. I went shopping yesterday after work and I'm now in a size 2 at Old Navy. The girl in the fitting rooms said I should shop in the girls section because it is cheaper. She envied me being skinny, but it wasn't a compliment to me. I told her yes I'm skinny, I've lost 60 lbs, but I was sick and that is no way to lose weight. I'm in the process of selling off all of my size 8 to 14 stuff at a consignment shop.
