I've been on the diet for about 2 months now, with much success. I own Heather's 2 books and have read them cover to cover, taken notes, etc. But unfortunately, I'm a picky eater, so I have trouble finding things to eat.
I eat the same breakfast every day: English muffin with organic PB and a almond milk/frozen fruit smoothie. It's wonderful.
Dinner I usually do some version of pasta or chicken and rice. That's fine.
But for lunch, I'm getting so sick of it, I tend to just settle on a rice cake. I've been eating a turkey sandwich...plain turkey on bread, sometimes with some grapes or a tiny salad afterwards.
Anyone with other good lunch ideas? As many as you can think of would be great, because chances are, I won't be able to stand most of it. But I am getting desperate. The sandwich is so bland and boring.
