Yeah they aren't the tastiest desert, but it does the trick

I also just remembered another brand name for a bread. It's Sara Lee's whole grain white bread. 30% whole wheat flour, 70% white flour. There's also probably recipes for breads on the recipe index where you can use 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 white flour. That way you know the breads don't have any added ingredients.
