french fries       05/21/07 03:10 PM Edit Reply Quote melinda413 Reged: 05/09/07 Posts: 71 Loc: Findlay, OH This may be a stupid question but I am not nearly as up on all of this info as everyone else on here seems to be! I love french fried but obviously have not had them from fast food places since my IBS started becaus ei am sure they will make me have an attack. My question is what about the frozen fried they sell at super markets? I would bake them in the oven instead of frying them so would that make them any safer? Or is the amount of grease they use to package them negate any goodness?
