I have reflux as well and started taking Nexium back in March. My doctor started me on Prilosec first (Insurance insisted) but it did nothing for me. I would say 99% of the time the Nexium has worked great. No side effects anymore and the nausea has stopped, too. Only when I am really stressed out, does the heartburn rear it's ugly head. I did have severe headaches for the first few weeks. The tough thing I am finding is figuring out which foods to eat that don't mess with one end or the other.
